Our journey began with a vision to challenge the usual corporate structures that prioritize profit over people. We are actively refining how we share ownership, make decisions together, and keep our work open and accountable. We are learning and unlearning - about capitalism, feminism, disability justice, caste, and more - to ensure our work reflects the values we hold dear.
